Why is there a 3 Month commitment for online training?

Two reasons: First, I want you to approach your fitness and your healthy lifestyle as something long-term, not just a month-to-month decision you make. Second, I’ve found that most habitual and physical change takes some time to achieve and if you’re committed to a few months of working towards that, I know there’s a better chance that you progress towards your goal(s).

How long do clients typically work with you?

I’ve worked with some people for a few months and some for upwards of six years. You may just need some time to build good habits and go crush it on your own - or you may feel like a coach and partner in this journey is more essential over the long term! Either way, I’m here to help you take the steps to success.

What do your online programs look like?

That completely depends on you! I start from scratch for every new client depending on your goals, on-hand equipment, available time + commitment, current fitness level and past exercise history. The spreadsheet will have exercises linked to a private YouTube channel with simple video descriptions and narrations. Once it’s written for you, it will be shared and yours to keep forever.

What do you Specialize In?

I first want to note that as great as quick results are, I want to always instill a long-term, sustainable approach to fitness. I’ve spent much of my time in the last few years accumulating certifications to better serve my clients (I.e; Pre-Post Natal, Precision Nutrition 1, Animal Flow Instructor, etc.) In my time training I’ve worked with everyone from young athletes to seniors with herniations and joint replacements. However, the areas that I’ve grown to most specialize in are:

1. People who typically eat healthy but can’t drop fat (often focusing on increasing metabolism)

2. People looking for the “right” way to exercise and move to gain flexibility and prevent (or rehab from) injury

3. Pregnant/post-partum women (including those with Diastasis Recti)

4. Those looking to add 5-15lbs of muscle without putting on fat

5. Anyone dedicated to improving their health and physique while managing a busy lifestyle

Do you write meal plans?

No. Although I’m a certified nutrition coach (PN1) and provide nutrition and lifestyle advice in various ways (macros, habit change, reverse dieting, etc.), I’m not a Registered Dietitian (RD) and do not believe you should take specific nutrition advice from anyone that isn’t legally certified to give that type of advice out. If you’re interested in specific plans, I work closely with an RD who can help.

So once i pay, we start?

Actually, no. Before week one, we start with our assessment week. I need to get to know you, your history, your goals, and strategize what plan will get you from where you are now, to where you want to be. We’ll schedule an initial video assessment, you’ll record some basic movements for me to review, and you’ll take your “day one” measurements and pictures. After all this, I’ll design a program utilizing what equipment is accessible and the amount of time we’ve committed to - then week one starts!

why should I train with you?

I can’t tell you that I’m better than every other fitness pro you’ll find but I can promise that I’ll never lie to you, I’ll always give you the best available information, and every bit of effort you put in will be reciprocated. I want you to win just as badly as you do & I know I have the tools to help get you there!
